This website is operated by ROVO TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD., UEN 202619026G, operating under the Systemix brand (“Systemix”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue your use of the website.

2. Website Purpose

The website provides general information about Systemix, our approach and the automation consulting, process analysis, systems integration and related services that we may offer.

Website content is provided for general informational and business-evaluation purposes only.

Nothing on the website constitutes:

a binding offer to provide services;
acceptance of an engagement;
a professional recommendation for your particular organisation;
a guarantee that a proposed solution will be technically or commercially suitable;

3. No Client or Advisory Relationship

Accessing the website, submitting a contact form, sending us an email, participating in an initial discussion or receiving general information from us does not by itself create:

A consulting engagement will arise only when the relevant parties enter into a separate written agreement, accepted proposal, Statement of Work or other engagement document.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement governing services, the signed agreement will prevail in relation to those services.

Descriptions of services, workflows, demonstrations, diagrams, process maps, prototypes, case studies, screenshots, estimated outcomes and examples shown on the website are general and illustrative.

Actual results depend on factors including:

the quality and completeness of available data;
the client’s existing systems and processes;
third-party software and application programming interfaces;
user adoption and compliance;
implementation scope;
technical limitations;
security and regulatory requirements; and
decisions made by the client and its personnel.

Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, we do not guarantee that:

a particular integration is technically available;
a third-party platform will maintain its current features or interfaces;
a workflow will operate without interruption;
an estimated saving or return will be achieved; or
an illustrative solution can be implemented without modification.

Proposals, pricing, timelines and availability are subject to assessment and written confirmation.

5. Acceptable Use

You must use the website only for lawful purposes.

Changes to these website Terms will not automatically amend a separate signed agreement for consulting services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

15. No Waiver

A delay or failure by us to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

You agree that the courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with these Terms or use of the website, subject to any mandatory rights or procedures that apply under applicable law.
