About Systemix

A process-first partner for operations that cross people and software.

Systemix is a founder-led, Singapore-focused process and systems integration practice. We help operations-heavy SMEs understand recurring workflows, identify where processes break down and integrate work and software only when the evidence supports it.

Why Systemix

Useful software does not automatically create a connected operation.

Many businesses already use forms, spreadsheets, accounting software, messaging and specialist systems. Problems can still sit in the handoffs between them—where information is copied, decisions wait, exceptions lose owners or evidence is incomplete. Systemix focuses on understanding and improving those handoffs.

01 / UNDERSTAND

Map the process as it actually operates

We begin with recent normal and exception cases, tracing roles, evidence, decisions, systems, waits and failure points.

02 / DECIDE

Choose the most responsible response

The answer may be process redesign, better configuration, standard software, a bounded integration or no build.

03 / CONTROL

Pilot before scaling

Where implementation is justified, the smallest safe change is tested with named owners, human approvals, exception routes and measurable acceptance criteria.

How we think

Process first. Existing systems respected. Human authority preserved.

These principles guide suitable engagements. Client-specific responsibilities, controls and limitations are agreed in the diagnostic and implementation scope.

PRINCIPLE 01

Process before platform

Tools are selected only after the current workflow and intended outcome are understood.

PRINCIPLE 02

Integrate before replacing

Existing systems remain authoritative wherever practical; Systemix is not presented as a replacement ERP, CRM, accounting or field-service platform.

PRINCIPLE 03

Human decisions stay human

Approvals, overrides and consequential decisions remain with named, authorised roles.

PRINCIPLE 04

Exceptions need owners

A failed case should show its reason, next action, responsible role and escalation path.

Where we start

Narrow customer focus. Broad process discovery.

The initial focus is Singapore commercial technical-service and maintenance SMEs. Within that market, Systemix does not impose a single workflow. Discovery identifies the recurring process with the clearest evidence, consequence, ownership and potential value.

STRONG FIT

Recurring handoffs with visible evidence

The process has a clear start and outcome, representative records, recurring exceptions, accountable owners and supported access to the systems involved.

NEEDS DIAGNOSIS

Important process with meaningful variants

The work may be suitable, but its variants, human decisions, exception routes and controls must be understood before a pilot is proposed.

NOT A FIT

Unsafe, unsupported or better served by standard software

Systemix should not automate consequential judgement, depend on unauthorised access or rebuild standard functions that suitable supported software already provides.

Founder

Founder-led, with direct accountability.

Mark Sanchez — Founder

Mark founded Systemix to help operations-heavy SMEs improve recurring work that falls between people and software. He believes that strong processes form the core of a successful business and aims to achieve this for clients through processes analysis and automated integrations whenever feasible. His hands-on work includes designing and building structured workflows with n8n and AppSheet, including order-intake and service Completion-to-Cash systems. He works directly with clients from process discovery through diagnostic and implementation. Each engagement begins with evidence from the actual process, preserves human decisions where they matter, and recommends process redesign, standard software, integration—or no build—according to what the evidence supports.

Have a recurring process that repeatedly stalls?

Bring one recent normal case and one exception case. The first decision is whether the process merits deeper evidence work—not whether Systemix can force it into a predetermined solution.
